1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LeadSlicer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LeadSlicer is operated by 47 Industries, LLC, and all 47 Industries Terms of Service apply in addition to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

LeadSlicer is an AI-powered lead generation and outreach platform that:

• Discovers potential leads through automated web scraping and third-party directory APIs (Google Places, Yelp)
• Scrapes publicly accessible business websites to find contact information
• Generates personalized outreach content using AI (emails, SMS messages, call scripts)
• Sends outreach via email (using your own email provider credentials), SMS (via Twilio), and automated phone calls
• Supports Instagram DM outreach via connected accounts
• Manages multi-channel conversations, tracks responses, and qualifies leads

You acknowledge that website scraping is a core function of this Service and that you are responsible for ensuring your use of scraped data complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any scraped websites.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing and maintaining your own API keys and credentials for email, SMS, and other integrations
• Ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CCPA, and all applicable outreach regulations
• Obtaining proper consent before sending marketing communications
• Honoring unsubscribe and opt-out requests immediately
• Not using the Service for spam or illegal activities
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All content generated and sent through the Service
• Compliance with Instagram's Terms of Use when using Instagram DM features
• Compliance with Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy when using SMS and calling features

Instagram & Social Platform Risk: Use of automated or semi-automated outreach on Instagram and other social platforms may violate their terms of service and could result in account suspension or restrictions. You use these features at your own risk.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LeadSlicer to:

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications in violation of applicable law
• Violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or other applicable regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Target individuals rather than businesses (the Service is intended for B2B outreach)

5. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is listed on our pricing page at leadslicer.com/#pricing. Pricing may change with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

Additional Costs: You are responsible for:

• Your own email provider API keys and associated costs (Resend, Gmail, etc.)
• Your own Twilio account and associated SMS/calling costs
• Any third-party API costs (Google Places, Yelp, Apify, etc.)

Payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including leads, emails, and campaigns.

Our Use: We use your data only to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. AI-Generated Content

LeadSlicer uses multiple AI models (including OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude) to generate outreach content. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving AI-generated content before sending (when using non-automated modes)
• Ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of generated content
• Compliance with all regulations regarding AI-generated communications

We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance or upgrades
• Third-party service outages (email providers, AI services, Twilio, etc.)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in spam or abusive outreach behavior
• Your account is used for illegal activities
• Payment is not received after reasonable notice

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• LeadSlicer is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months
• You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address. Non-material changes (such as clarifications or typo fixes) may take effect immediately. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
